Ostim Technical University is a foundation university established on 1 July 2017 by the OSTİM Foundation, and it sits right inside OSTİM, one of Ankara's largest industrial zones. It positions itself as "The Industry University". Its distinguishing feature is location: the campus lies within an industrial district of more than 6,200 companies and 60,000 employees across 17 sectors and 139 lines of business, so students study in constant contact with industry.

About the university
Overview
The university has 8,270 students, 2,922 of them international, with over 80 countries represented. It comprises faculties of Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences, and Architecture and Design, a Vocational School, institutes of Science and Social Sciences, and a School of Foreign Languages. Teaching is in Turkish and English.
Campus and facilities
The campus occupies 30,000 m² inside the OSTİM organised industrial zone and contains 28 laboratories. Students have access to ten sports facilities, 16 sports teams and 54 student societies, with on-site accommodation. The A Block engineering building, part of the Third Generation Campus plan, was announced in 2025.
