Distance Sales Agreement

1. Subject of the agreement

The subject of the agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the counselling and service package that the Buyer orders electronically through the Seller's website studygo.fyi.

2. Nature and scope of the service

The service consists of university application counselling and related support items and does not include delivery of physical products. Package scope is set out on the service packages page and the delivery and return conditions in the Delivery and Return Terms; both texts are deemed annexes to this agreement.

3. Price and payment

The service fee is the amount stated in the order summary notified to the Buyer in writing before the order and includes VAT. Payment is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) through the iyzico payment infrastructure. Where instalments are offered, the instalment terms are displayed on the payment page as determined by the card issuer.

4. Payment security

Card details are not transmitted to or stored on StudyGo servers; the payment is carried out on the PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure of iyzico with 3D Secure verification provided by the card issuer. The Seller records only the transaction reference, amount, currency and payment status.

5. Delivery and performance

The service starts within 3 business days at the latest following confirmation of payment and is carried out through the portal. Delivery formats, the delivery period and return conditions are regulated in detail in the Delivery and Return Terms.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that performance of the service has not started. Where the Buyer explicitly approves immediate commencement of performance and the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Withdrawal notices are given in writing (by e-mail).

7. Returns and refunds

In case of withdrawal or cancellation, the refund is made within 14 days at the latest from the date the request reaches the Seller, to the card used for payment, through iyzico. Amounts actually paid to third parties and non-recoverable (university tuition, consulate fees, translation and courier costs) are outside the scope of the refund; these items are itemised in the response to the request.

8. Rights and obligations of the parties

The core obligations of the parties are as follows:

• The Seller performs the service within the declared scope and with due care
• The admission decision belongs to the relevant university; the Seller does not guarantee admission
• The Buyer provides accurate and up-to-date information and documents required for the process in a timely manner
• The Buyer pays the service fee and third-party official fees on time

9. Protection of personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed within the scope of the Privacy Agreement and the KVKK Clarification Text. The data is used for the performance of the service, for applications to the relevant institutions and for meeting legal obligations, and is not shared for any other purpose.

10. Dispute resolution

In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence are competent up to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits.

11. Entry into force

The agreement enters into force when the Buyer reads and accepts the text at the payment step and the payment is confirmed; it has been concluded electronically between the parties. The Seller retains records relating to the agreement for the period required by legislation and provides them to the Buyer on request.
