Nişantaşı University is a foundation university in Istanbul with associate, bachelor's and graduate programmes in medicine, dentistry, health sciences, engineering, architecture, economics, art and design, aviation and sports sciences. Teaching combines classroom theory with practice classrooms, laboratories, simulation centres, on-the-job training and cooperation with industry, and the technology-focused NeoTech Campus stands at the centre of this model. The university also runs a Technology Transfer Office, research centres, a career centre and student support units. Depending on the programme, instruction is given in Turkish or English.

Overview
Laboratory facilities cover medicine, dentistry, engineering, aviation, maritime studies and health services; official figures list 136 laboratories, 15 simulation centres, 168 practice classrooms and 200 smart classrooms. Erasmus+ exchanges run with 108 partner universities, and double-major and minor programmes can lead to a second diploma or a certificate.
Campus and facilities
NeoTech Campus in Maslak, Sarıyer, is the main academic site, bringing together smart classrooms, laboratories, simulation centres, a library, conference halls and radio and media practice areas. The Kağıthane campus hosts classrooms and clinical areas linked to health education, while the Silivri campus is listed among the university's active locations.

Latest developments
On 9 July 2026 the university received its Institutional Accreditation Certificate from the Higher Education Quality Council. In the Round University Ranking 2026 published on 12 June 2026 it placed 1,015th worldwide, ranking fourth among Turkish foundation universities in the research dimension and third in international diversity.
