New Century University is a foundation university in Istanbul known for its health sciences-oriented academic structure. Alongside medicine, dentistry and pharmacy, it runs associate, bachelor's and graduate programmes in law, engineering and architecture, communication, fine arts, economics and administrative sciences, sports sciences, and arts and sciences. The academic structure covers 11 faculties, two vocational schools and three institutes. Core teaching and administration operate from the Topkapı Dr. Azmi Ofluoğlu Campus in Zeytinburnu, while dental clinical practice takes place at the Dentistry Faculty Hospital in Beyoğlu.

About the university
Overview
The university earned its Erasmus Charter in its first year, opening semester exchanges at partner universities in Europe. Qualifying students can also take a double major or minor. Dental students train in clinics with 60 dental units, and campus facilities include life sciences laboratories, TV and radio studios.
Campus and facilities
The Topkapı Dr. Azmi Ofluoğlu Campus is the main site, with faculties, laboratories and the library. Its main building covers about 37,457 square metres and the annex roughly 20,000. Bayrampaşa Campus, opened in 2024, houses communication, law and economics faculties with the vocational school; YENİSEM in Şirinevler runs continuing education.

Latest developments
In April 2026 the Molecular Biology and Genetics bachelor's programme at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences received five-year accreditation from FEDEK. In July 2026 the university signed a cooperation protocol with the Fahrettin Tacar Education Foundation covering science, technology, robotics and coding education for primary school pupils.
